A primary beam of X ray or gamma rays or electron charged corpuscle rays is passed through the body in the radiated zone causing a scattered radiation of X-rays and/or gamma rays thus forming images of the interanal structures (3) irradiated by the primary ray beam. The image is formed whereby the scatter radiation emitted in a specific direction from the structures (3) is selectively registered such that a multichannel collimator so used (4) with parallel channels arranged in the direction of the radiation to be registered. A picture of the structures are formed on an image detector (5) (i.e. X ray film or an image intensifier tube).
