Plastics pine cone is mfd. with a central vertical wire for trying the cone in a flower arrangement or wreath, the wire being cast-on-situ, during casting of the plastic material for the cone. The cone saves time, allowing 6 wreaths to be assembled in the same time as 5 wreaths can be assembled with natural cones, and also avoids the possibility of the cone breaking when being tied to a wire.
