The frequency stabilising circuit for continuously tunable transistor oscillator stages above 100 MHz, has a ferrite head (6) over the base connecting wire (4) of the common-base transistor (2). The base connection is coupled to a capacitor (8) electrode (7), immediately at the point where it leaves the ferrite head. The capacitor other electrode (9) is earthed. The transistor radial emitter, collector and base connecting wires (3, 4, 5), are bent at right angles to the transistor support board (1) and pass through it. The ferrite bead is located on the same side of the board as the transistor. The capacitor projects through the board adjacent to the base wire, where the latter leaves the bead.
