Airtight multiwall sack - with offset inner plastic film bag inside outer paper sack

A mult-wall sack has an inner lay-flat bag of plastic film (e.g. polyethylene) with cross-seams at each end and an at least single-ply paper outer sack with folded-in filling point at one corner. The inner bag when laid flat is wider than the outer sack, and with its side folded over, is offset inside the outer, so that its longitudinal edge on the filling inlet side is on the filling side of the outer sack.
