Plastics doll with movable arms and legs - has undercut flange and socket connection between limbs and torso

The torso of a cast plastic doll has circular undercut flanges (5) at the points where the arms, legs and the head are attached. The matching location sockets in the limbs are also undercut so that they retain the flanges (5) without preventing them from being free to rotate about their centre. By bonding a circular seal disc to the bottom of the sockets, the doll can be made water tight. These discs may be secured in position preferably either using adhesive or by welding. In addition stoppers (10) can be provided in the injection moulding openings in the assembly.
