The design provides a full protection for the vehicle including floors, chassis and wing interiors. The protective lining is fixed to the parts of the vehicle where dirt accumulates and consists of different combinations of flexible synthetic resin plastic, manufactured by a moulding or forming process. The lining is fixed so that there is room (2) for free air circulation between the lining and the protected components. Fixing can be achieved using screws or a shaped component, the latter being used particularly for fixing to the underside of the vehicle wings.
