Feedback burner with air and fuel injection - uses air injector to draw combustion gases for fuel preheating

The improved feedback burner is used especially for burning of hydrocarbon fuels, and the injection effect of the combustion air stream is used to draw hot combustion gases for preheating fuel which is blown into the mixing tube also by the air stream. The fuel nozzle and the ignition plug are readily accessible and the fuel is for a long time in contact with undiluted hot combustion gases. A number of injection nozzles can be used. The combustion air from nozzle (1) draws hot gases from combustion chamber (3) through holes (4) into chamber (5). The fuel is injected through the supply nozzle (6) at an angle to the mixing tube (2) axis. The preheated fuel is mixed with air in the mixing nozzle (2).
