The countersinking drilling head has, on the clamping end of the clamp shaft (1), a countersinking drill (2) fitted in an axis-parallel manner with the drill (3) proper. On the side of the counterskinking drill (2) turned away from the drill (3), an adjustment component (4) is fitted on the clamping shaft, and on the adjustment part a height adjustable distance piece (5) is fitted which sets the depth of the countersinking. The adjustment part has an outer thrad, and the distance piece has an inner thread, (6) and on the end of the adjustment part turned away from the drill proper a counter nut for the distance piece is provided.
