The blower motor (GM) and the heater (HW) are supplied by two electrical circuits enabling the blower motor (GM) and the heater (HW) to be independently switched on and off (t). When a predetermined temperature is reached in the regulator a single thermostatic control (ThS) interrupts the heating circuit only so that the blower motor continues to dispel the accumulated heat as rapidly as possible permitting the whole system to be set in operation again. Pref. a speed regulating device (T, TS) is connected into th blower motor circuit which can be bridged to permit the motor to be driven at maximum speed when a predetermined temperature registers on the heat monitoring device (ThS).
