The basic circuit contains a three way switching element (4) which has a dead zone, the breadth of which is manually adjustable. The operation of the circuit, which essentially is to establish the best switching speed depending on the noise on the input signals, is determined by these auxiliary circuits, which contain a fixed clock generator (11), are up down counter (10) and an output element (7) producing pulses of amplitude determined by the counter contents.
