Moulding matls. consisting of (1) 100 p.b.w. of solid unsatd. polyester compsns. which do not flow 50 degrees C comprising (a) unsatd. polyester prepolymers contg. 35-70 mol. % of terephthalic acid and 65-30 mol. % of ethylene unsatd. dibasic acid unit as the dibasic acid component and 85 mol. % of ethylene glycol unit as the glycol component and having condensation degree between 25 and 50, (b) 10-50 wt. % ethylene unsatd. monomers on basis of the total wt. of the unsatd. polyester prepolymer and ethylene unsatd. monomer and (c) curing catalysts. (2) 8.5-25 p.b.w. of methyl methacrylate copolymers consisting mainly of 70-98 mol. % of methyl methacrylate. Additionally 80-220 p.b.w. powdered inorg. additives are added, such as aluminium sulphate, calcium sulphate, talc etc. The prodts, have good mould release, mouldability, pigment dispersion and electrical props.
