The curved disc is pivot-mounted on its centre axis to a disc feature which is attached to the support-frame. The disc is a smaller flat or curved disc which is also pivot-mounted on its centre axis on a disc fixture and is joined to the support frame. The discs are positioned so that the bottom cutting edge is situated at such a distance from the large disc inside surface that both discs can rotate without touching. Catch-rods on the side of the curved disc are pivot mounted on the support. The distance of the support to the support-frame can be adjusted by loosening screws on a sleeve-type guide welded to the support-frame.
