Titanium tooth root canal pin - with shoulders formed by external thread to force cement to root tip

The tooth root canal pin is used to seal off the root canal of a tooth once the puppa has been removed and the canal sterilized. The pin is made of logically compatible metal. A shoulder is formed near the tip of the pin so that cement can be fed in to seal off the tip of the root. Pref. the tip tapers conically or is cylindrical. The tip is provided with an external thread forming a series of shoulders along the tip so that as the pin is rotated counter clockwise cement is transported down to the tip of the root. The pin is made especially of titanium.
