摘要
An original colour print is illuminated with white light and the light reflected from the original is focussed onto a photographic paper having three photosensitive halide (pref. silver halide) layers sensitive resp. to red, green, and blue light. Each photosensitive layer has a contrast factor of 1.30-1.70 (mean pref. 1.50) above an absolute density of 0.80 and a contrast factor of 0.80-1.20 (mean pref. 1.00) below this absolute density. After exposure the photographic paper is reversal developed to produce a colour print which is a copy of the original. Pref. the intensity of illumination of the original is 30,000-100,000 lux secs and the rating of the photographic paper is 10-20 ASA. Where the rating is 10 ASA the exposure time is pref. about 1 sec. An original colour print can be directly reproduced without using a negative.
