The belt is composed of at least one strap and a fastening device fitted with a small rigid case. The case is made of a front and back part, the back part serving as the fastening device and being situated against the abdomen of the user. These two complimentary parts are articulated are connected to each other by two flexible side pieces situated at the interior of the case so that it opens like a bellows, the front part tipping forward.
