Inside a hollow body is a fixed aerial aspiration tube together with a loader housing accommodating a pile of rigid flat covers, each with a wide performed loop fixed at the ends to the cover and threaded round the aspiration tube. The pile is spring-loaded towards an opening in the body, through which one cover is ejected at a time, across the aspiration tube, so that the loop tightens round the latter. A sleeve coaxial to the aspiration tube is slid against spring action by the user so as to drive the loop off the tube by the suction.
