The drain consists of a shell with raised edges containing a curved groove closed up on itself. There is also an inclined plane for the evacuation of the running water. The inclined plane is wider at its upper end than its lower one and is bounded by the grooves which are smi-toroidal in section. The inclined plane forms the top face of a reservoir chamber which fixes to the base of the plane by means of two lugs which locate in two slots. The reservoir takes surplus water.
