The integral prefabricated kitchen, toilet (2) or washroom (1) is designed for transport and installation in one piece and if necessary fits to room units and comprises wall panels (5) of fibre-board morticing onto a ground level perimeter frame (3) and corner posts (4) and receiving upper edge closing beams (5) and floor (10) and roof panels (11). The floor unit (10) has peripheral stub walls, curving to join the floor and the unit, fitting into a mating contoured recess. The roof panel (11) contains electric heating elements sandwiched between a reflector and a protective plastic layer. Each cell contains furnishing and boxed in (8) service supply apparatus.
