Selection chart for animal breeders - has holes in upper chart for direct comparison with chart underneath

An animal selection system for breeding, designed especially for cattle, employs a chart for, e.g. a cow, on which relevant details for identification can be entered, and which carries a vertical set of characteristics of the animal, alongside a column which contains a block for each line describing the characteristics, so that a hole can be made in selected blocks. Corresponding to this chart is another chart for the bull which carries a set of parallel vertical columns divided up into areas of different colours corresponding to characteristics of different bulls. Then, by sliding the perforated chart across the second chart, the different colours which appear through the perforations can be observed, and the most favourable combination of characteristics can be selected.
