Peristaltic pump has two or more squeezing rollers arranged on the circumference of a motor driven rotary body and one or more adjacent, elastic hoses, which are supported and fixed to an arcuate surface of a base body. The hoses are pressed down continuously in a peristaltic motion by the rotating squeezing rollers. The rollers (6) can move radially over the rotary body (4) and are guided in the circumferential direction of the rotary body. Radially outwards they are under the force of a spring (7). The axes (5) of the squeezing rollers may be radially guided in longitudinal slots (14) extending radially over the rotary body. The spring (7) may support the rollers in mutually facing positions.
