Ski lift conversion for sledge - has rope drum for towed sledge carried on cableway projecting arm

The sledge in contact with the ground is driven by a cable way or a traction lift used for transporting persons on mountain slopes. On the cableway or the lifting rope (1) the dragging members (3) which support a rope drum (4) are suspended by conventional clamps (2). From this rope drum is pulled the traction rope (5) if it is loaded at its free end. The rope is returned into the drum automatically if not loaded. When the sledge is not loaded then it is pu lled up by the rope and suspended away from the ground. The sledge can also be steered in order to avoid any obstacles in its path when occupied.
