Mfg artificial flowers from crepe paper bands - by stitch gathering and winding unshaped edge of band onto stem

Each band of crepe paper has one longitudinal edge previously cut into petals. A stitch gathers the opposite edge and the band is wound onto a stem and finally tied onto the steam. The petals are flared into a flower head formation. The flowers are formed using a sewing machine for stitch gathering, mechanisms effecting stem rotation, and a ramp guiding the bands between these two stations. The ramp has a channel form with articulating discharge beak and idling wheel tension adjustment.
