The system is intended channel transmission or for magnetic tape use. Orthogonal transformation devices have allocated elements for shifting of the amplitude of the zero index analog component by a magnitude equaling the component mid value, so as to put all analog components into a first amplitude range. Between the transformation and analog shifting devices are connected synchronising devices for transmission of orthogonal sectors so that between the subsequent blocks of analog components is inserted synchronising signal, consisting of pulses of identical follower frequency. This signal assumes a second amplitude range adjacent the first one. The structure reconstruction of subsequent 0 and 1 bits is enabled by special devices.
