The diet display card is used to enable the total number of calories and vitamin values, of the different foods consumed during the day, to be displayed. It has a selector disc listing different foods, which is rotated to bring the required food in front of a viewing window, with the corresponding number of calories and vitamins automatically displayed through further windows pref. with a window for each of the different vitamins. The front of the card has a number of totalising wheels so that the wheels can be rotated in accordance with the calorie and vitamin values obtained through corresponding windows.
