摘要
The metal frame for a door opening in concrete walls is designed to provide an accurate fitting with fixing tolerances. It comprises two posts with head beams and sill if necessary joined together to form continuous frames and uses pref. 'Z' sectioned membes with reverse face tongues which engage slots in angle irons which are in turn anchored to the concrete wall ends. There are 'Zh webs aligning adjacent to wall ends and perpendicular to the opening plane, and tongues of metal plate situating on and normal to the web back and extending beyond the divergent flange into the opening. Pref. the angle iron is welded to say a concrete embedded rag bolt with its other arm cantilevering into the opening being slotted and head beam support angle slots re deeper than corresponding tenons.
