ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSUREIn a continuous process for the manufacture offertilizer, waste heat from the process is passed in in-direct heat exchange relation with a stream of contaminatedair and water entrained fertilizer solids. In this mannerit is possible to remove substantially pure water vapor andair together with the fertilizer containing solution whichcan be used in the manufacture of the fertilizer.
