Integrated injection moulding and part assembly machine - to avoid subsequent manipulation of complementary mouldings

Integrated injection moulding and assembly of complementary pieces comprises the use of equipment with multiple feed and injection moulding units in parallel discharging to chutes and reciprocating receivers which align and assemble each gp. of complementary parts before they leave the machine. The receiver/assembly mechanisms are driven by independent (electric) motors which can be synchronised with the cycle(s) of the multiple injection moulding machine.
