Digital data extractor for blind switchboard operators - correlates data emanating from memory with that being searched by digital keyboard instrument

The digital data extraction system is designed for numerical data presented by memory elements such as registers, counters, and displays. It has at least a comparator (CR) with two groups of inputs. The inputs (U0-U9) of the first group are connected to the outputs (0-9) of the row corresp. to the memory elements (UA) via gate circuits (CP1). The inputs (t0-t9) of the second group are connected to keys of a keyboard (CLU). The outputs of the comparators (CRU) are connected to a round or tactile warning system (AT) by an 'OR' circuit. The extraction of data from a group is achieved by pressing successive keys on the keyboard (CLU). This is continued until the warning system is actuated by pressing the key corresp. to the data memorized. The tactile characters corresp. to the data memorized are arranged to the right of the keyboard keys.
