The inner stopper forms the seal of the bottle (3) together with a screw cap (5) which closes the bottle securely. The screw cap extends to a central cylinder (13) which locates the outer cap (1) and holds it centrally. The outer cap covers the inner one entirely and is locked onto it by means of the bottom flange (9), so that it cannot be lifted off separately. The outer cap can rotate freely so that the inner one cannot be unscrewed until the two caps are locked together by means of one or more ball (8) which wedges in between the two caps and causes the inner cap to follow the outer on rotation.
