Spring:loading mechanism for awning arm - has locking device and wall bracket on wire through compression spring inside awning arm

The spring mechanism prestresses the awning arm in the direction of drop. There is a compression spring (5), with a wire (6) running through it. At each end of the wire is a wire locking device (7,8), one fitting against one end face of the spring. The other is anchored in a bracket (3) attaching the arm to a wall face (2) or elsewhere. The opposite end (11) of the spring is attached to the awning arm. The length of the wire is such that the spring strives to draw the awning in its direction of drop. The spring mechanism is mounted inside the awning arm.
