1516749 Optical slide projectors IBERASTRON SL 21 Oct 1976 [21 Oct 1975] 43684/76 Headings G2A and G2J [Also in Division H2] An optical slide projector has a housing 6 mounted on an arm 7, slidably mounted along a column 9 mounted on a base board 1, having a spring-loaded slat 19 for holding paper on which the image is projected. Batteries in a case 14 are connected by a plug-and-socket 11, 15 to conductive rails in column 9. Arm 7 has a T-shaped end engaging racks in a slot in column 9, whereby arm 7 may be moved up and down column 9, and held in a desired position by teeth urged into engagement with the racks by the weight of housing 6. Arm 7 has conductors for leading current from the rails in the column to a lead connected to a projection lamp in housing 6, which also carries condenser and projection lenses and a slide carrier. The projective lens is mounted in telescopic sleeves for focusing. The housing may be rotated on arm 7 for projection e.g. upon a wall.
