Building structure with pliable supports preventing deformation - has preloaded spring supports acting as rigid members within preload range

The building structure is provided with arrangements for reducing the deformation due to differential settling and for matching the static system to the loading conditions. This arrangement reduces undesireable and settling effects of bridges, crane tracks, large slabs and supporting structures. The arrangement has preloaded, pliable elements (17, 18, 19) which act as rigid members up to the preloading load and on higher loading they act as elastic supports. This arrangement is used especially for locally and time varying loading cases and the building structure can have additional not preloaded pliable supports (3, 4, 8, 5, 6, 7). The springs of the preloaded spring element are preloaded between tension anchors.
