Vertical mould for cast concrete blocks - has bottom ejection profiles and top levelled by movement of grille across overflowed material

The building construction plates are cast vertically. The mould used has several chambers separated by vertical edgeways placed partition walls. The mould bottom is formed by profiles which also act as ejection rams. The mould ensures a good quality upper edge. After the mould chambers (4) have been filled with concrete (12) the top is covered with a grille (8) formed of profiled members. The ejection rams are lifted upwards so that some material overflows through the openings of the grill (8). This overflow material is cleaned away and the grillage is removed after hardening and the plates are ejected.
