The arrangement for protecting the serving windows is used especially for antirobbery money and valuables serving windows. It is used for passing objects from the customer side to the office and vice versa. This arrangement ensures complete separation of the customer area from the area of officials. The passing of larger objects is possible from customer side to the other side and vice versa without reducing security and safety of the officials. The window unit (3) has a sliding box (8). This can be moved from the unit (3) towards the customer side (2) and pulled towards the office side (1). The actuating and safety arrangement (11, 12) are situated on the office side (1). This sliding box (8) has two nested boxes (9, 10). Both of these are pushed together to the customer side (2). The inner box (10) is pulled towards the official side (1) when the outside box (9) is closed.
