Carrier belt ring for machine pistol - actuates breech block and acts as safety catch on carrying

The carrying belt holder is for machine pistols with sliding breech block. The belt end is held on a front ring. The breech block is readily actuated by pulling the belt. This slider has no projections beyond the firearm outline. The front belt ring is held outside the line of fire. - The front ring (12) can be rotated upwards and downwards about an axis (11) paralleled to the barrel. The rotating link acts also as a stop for the breech block safety catch (15). The latter is held by the front sight shield (5). The breech block cannot be moved inadvertently backwards when the belt is tight. On moving the belt sideways or simply slackening it, the ring (12) is rotated and the safety catch is released and the breech block can be pulled backwards by the belt itself.
