Parametric frequency multiplier and power amplifier - is for double sideband AM with suppressed carrier and has varactor diode bridge

The MHz parametric frequency multiplier and/or power amplifier has a non-linear reactance modulator with varactor diodes (D1-D4) arranged in a bridge configuration. The two varactors on each side of the bridge are in same-sense series and the two series combinations are antiparallel. The pump frequency (fosz) is applied to the bridge such that the frequency (fs) for one varactor in both sides of the bridge is opposite in phase to the frequency (fosz) in the other varactors in both sides of the bridge. The device is for use for double sideband AM with carrier suppression and simultaneous amplifying.
