The projector presents a series of traffic situations on a screen, the acoustic irradiation device transmits a programme of recorded instructions, the evaluator records the response expressed, and a comparator indicates correct and incorrect reactions of the learner in comparison with the recorded instructions. The comparator (44) and the acoustic irradiation device (121, 122) are connected via a control device (125, 126) which reduces the speed of the recorded instructions if reactions are incorrect and increases the speed if reactions are correct.
