The halogen-free oil may include an aliphatic hydrocarbon having a distillation range of 160‹-288‹C, a C 10 -C 15 alkylbenzene, an aromatic hydrocarbon, an organic acid ester, phosphate ester, or diphenyl oxide. The dye precursor may be Crystal Violet lactone, Malachite Green lactone, N-(2, 5-dichlorophenyl) leucauramine, N-benzoyl leucauramine, Methyl Red, 4-aminoazobenzene, Rhodamine # lactam, or 8'-methoxybenzoindolinospiropyran. The acid reacting polymeric material may be a phenol-aldehyde resin.
