The silo discharge mechanism includes an oscillating drum (2) which is located inside the silo above the outlet nozzle (17). The inclined silo floor panels (1, 1') are carried by parallel motion levers (9, 10) and they are linked to the discharge drum (2) by push rods (7). An external crank drive (6) is connected to the discharge drum by a connecting rod (5) and a drive disc (12). The inclined floor panels are thus moved in a fixed pattern according to the discharge drum motion. The corrugated surface (3) of the drum and one of the floor panels increases the discharge capacity of the mechanism.
