Grip wedge pair production jig - has production jig with pockets for wedge body and guide slit for saw

The system for production of pairs of grip wedges is partic. for back packing of door frames having profiled wedge surfaces attached to each grip wedge. The production jig (3) has a pocket (4) which is open on either side and which can accommodate a wedge body (5). The pocket (4) has a guide slit (7) in its front walls (6) through which the blade of a band type saw may be fed when the device is transferred to the saw table. The resultant wedge has oppositely tapered faces joined sided by side along a centre plane.
