The holder is for students' writing and drawing tools, and built on at the back of the holder is a separate receptacle for storing, ready to use, an electronic calculator (4). The receptacle is built onto the drawing tool holder so that the calculator can be used without detaching it from the holder, or without having to open the holder. The calculator is fixed to the receptacle in an easily removable manner and the top surface of the receptacle is fitted with a suitable cutout to enable instantaneous use of the keyboard. The cutout extends to the screen and can be provided with a bezel-type frame of elastic material to provide protection for the keyboard.
