Tin cover sorting installation - with rollers moving covers into tip up position and guide tracks located behind the rollers

The sorting installation for tin or jar covers is made from soft plastic material which have a formed on edge on one side of the cover with a bulge pointing inwards consisting of a conveyor device for the covers and a sorting mechanism. The sorting mechanism has at least one roller (4, 5) which moves each cover (1) with it's edge pointing towards the roller (4, 5) into a tip up position. The sorting mechanism also includes a pair of rollers (4, 5) one of which (4) is capable of swivelling against spring pressure with the roller axles arranged vertically with a fixed point leading into two guide tracks (12, 13) arranged behind the pair of rollers.
