The ball holder for volley balls consists of two tubular steel frames which can fitted, at any required height, to the normal beam posts found in any sports hall or gymnasium. On to each of these frames is fitted a pair of plastic-polyester rods each with a length of soft-rubber on the ends. These plastic rods can be removed for storage or replacement. The rods are adjusted to fall at an agnle of 80 deg. so that a ball placed on the end will always roll to the centre. This device can be used by beginners and experts alike for smash practice without fear of injury to the hands or equipment. It can be used from the rifht or left, the user is not hindered by parts of the equipment while jumping.
