Automatic plant-pot waterer and air-humidifier - incorporates time-switch, motor, pump, collector-bowls, hoses, distributors, cocks, and double-acting return valve

At a pre-selected time each day, a time-switch (1) switches on the motor (2) to drive the pump (3). The pumps sucks water from the container n8) and pumps it through tubes (4) and distributors (5) to miniature-cocks (7). Each miniature-cock (7) is fixed to a tool (6) fixed in the pot's soil. The water-container (8) is connected to the water-supply, and fills itself automatically. The collector-bowls (9) in which the plant-pots stand have an absorbent inlay (10) on which water is poured. A tube (11) takes water back to a container, in case of breakdown. The double-acting return valve (12) prevents water flowing back after the plants have been watered, and enables the plants to be positioned at a deeper level than the water-level of the container.
