Cow shed fodder metering device - is for metering container with feed at highest point and outlet at lowest point

A metering device for animal fodder, installed in e.g. a cowshed has a metering container (2) with a bulk material feed (3) at its highest point. At the lowest point, is a bulk material outlet (4). In the direction of this outlet (4), the metering container (2) is partly conically constricted. There is a cut-off device at the bulk material feed (3) and the bulk material outlet (4). The metering container has an adjuster with a side walling which can be pivoted to adjust its contained capacity. Alternatively, the adjusting device consists of a vertical limiting tube which can move in its longidutinal direction and projects into the metering container.
