Wide range composite weighing machine - has geometrically arranged series of load platforms with lever-operated load cells(NL180377)

The composite weighing machine is suitable for a weight range of approx. 20 to 12,000 kg and load surface area range from approx. 0.2 to 15 sq. meters. The weighing machine comprises six loading pans of progressive size, the smallest having an aspect ratio of 4:5 with a width of 0.5 m. The first five pans are constructed as a geometric series with a 1.25 factor. The fifh element has a width of 1.25 m. The sixth is outside the geometric series and has dimensions of 1.5 x 2.5 cm. Each has four load levers underneath arranged diagonally. Supporting knife-edges, loading knife-edges and output knife-edges are provided. Intermediate load arms connected the various linkages with knife-edge output points (10) provided with load cells (11).
