Machine noise barrier made from vertical panels - has screw connection along angled edge profile

Screen panels (2) which are erected around noisy machines, contain sound absorbing material to form a noise barrier. The vertical edges on the panels have Z-profiles made from sheet metal (4). By joining the profiles edge to edge, (7) a U-channel is formed (3) for the location of the bridge plates (5). The panels and the bridge plates (5) are clamped together by bolts and nuts (6). This method of penl assembly produces a self supporting structure which is easy to erect and which can be made to suit any size machine.
