The paper-wound insulating being used for the basic binding (4) has insufficient insulation strength. The binding (4) inner part in the core cup (1) is lined with a peper tube (5) whose ends project from the basic binding (4). Spaces (6, 7) between the binding (4) and paper tube (5) are filled with this insulating paper. Paper strip is wound on the projecting tube ends up to a radius corresponding to the basic binding (4) outer radius. Further paper strip insulation (8, 9) is provided on the basic binding (4). The whole is held together by a thin paper binding (13).
