The centering drill consists of a work table with posts. In one corner of the table vertical limiting plates are fitted with their horizontal edge fixed to the table surface. The corner of the table represents the zero axis of the coordinate system, but the vertical edges of the inside surfaces of the limiting plates are located away from the table corner. The posts are connected by bearers, each carrying a sliding block providing movement of the centering assembly in one direction of the coordinate system. The two sliding blocks are connected by bearers which carry a common sliding block to which the centering assembly is fitted and which provides the movement of the assembly in the other direction of the coordinate system.
