Failsafe car light switch - has interlock with ignition circuit to prevent driving on parking lights

The control switch for the car lights has a parking lights setting which is a two way switch linked to the ignition circuit. If the ignition is off then the parking lights can be switched on. If the ignition is switched on then the swith operates the driving lights. The interlock ensures that the vehicle cannot be driven with only the parking lights. The light switch, on the dashboard thus has only two settings; on and off. A second interlock ensures that the dipping control is always set into the dipped beam when the light switch is switched off, or if the parking lights ae switched on when the car is stopped.
